OpexFlow is the middleware that connects machines to OpexMX so maintenance acts on real condition, not guesswork.

  • Reactive maintenance — without signals, work orders fire only after breakdown.

Architecture In One Line

Edge devices read protocols, normalize the data, and publish it to OpexMX through a buffered pipeline.

  • Edge layer — Raspberry Pi running the Edge Connector, or a Windows host running the FOCAS Agent.
  • Spine — MQTT carries messages off the floor.
  • Cloud layer — OpexMX ingests, stores, and triggers maintenance events.
