Our Story
Opex Consulting Group was founded in Singapore by a team of Operational Excellence practitioners with over 25 years of experience transforming manufacturing performance across Southeast Asia.
We watched CMMS after CMMS get implemented — and then abandoned. Not because the software was bad, but because it was built for managers, not technicians. The people who actually do the maintenance were an afterthought.
So we built OpexMX. Not as another IT project, but as a tool shaped by watching what actually works on shop floors. A system technicians will actually use. Because if they don't use it, nothing else matters.
