Moving Work
- Open the unscheduled queue on the left rail
- Drag a work order onto a qualified tech day cell
- The capacity bar updates the instant you drop
- Drag again to reassign — the previous slot reopens automatically
Reading the Grid
- Columns — days of the week
- Rows — technicians, sorted by shift and skill
- Cell colour — capacity state at a glance
- Highlight ring — the tech is qualified for the dragged task
Tips
Plan the whole week before Monday morning. Dragging forty tickets at 8am on Monday is firefighting with extra steps.
