How Suggestions Work
- Skill match — only techs at or above the required level appear
- Shift match — the tech must be on duty when the work is scheduled
- Capacity match — techs with headroom rank above the overloaded
- Qualification highlighting — qualified cells glow, unqualified grey out
Avoiding Mismatches
- Always check the highlight ring before you drop a ticket
- Read the suggested tech's remaining hours, not just the name
- Override a suggestion only with a reason logged in the work order
