What to Include
- Ordered steps and safety lockouts
- Parts expected to be used
- Acceptance criteria (readings within range, etc.)
Tips
Make steps specific and checkable. "Inspect pump" is weak; "Check seal for leakage and record vibration reading" is actionable.
