A short checklist to keep OpexMX's AI suite safe, useful, and trusted on the floor.

Core Practices

• Least-privilege keys — issue keys scoped to the lowest role that still gets the job done.
• Validate outputs — confirm ticket details, report totals, and repair steps before acting.
• Keep humans in the loop — AI proposes, a person approves anything that touches production.
• Monitor usage — read the AI Observability logs weekly.
• Keep context fresh — update manuals and SOPs in the RAG engine on every revision.

Workflow

1. Define who is allowed to use which AI tool.
2. Issue keys per role.
3. Review Observability each week.
4. Retire keys and refresh documents on a fixed cadence.

Tips

Treat the AI as a fast, eager apprentice — give it clear goals, check its work, and never let it sign off alone.
