The Principle
Least privilege — give the minimum access required to do the job.
Common Roles
- Technician — work assigned to them
- Manager / Planner — scheduling, reporting, team oversight
- Admin — full configuration
Tips
Review roles periodically. People change jobs; their access should change with them.
